This place is run by any local with no experience or any education., I heard one of the light skin girl there use the n word... while speaking loud and saying nasty unprofessional remarks while I was shopping with my 6 year old. Awful service, they ran out of cones and they gave the ice creams in a cup ?kids size?. Told the guy in cashier that that wasnt... what i ordered, pointed that i wanted what the picture in the menu had, gave it back to him and he threw it to the trash in theworst attitude. I would like to say that the service provided by the staff here is exceptional! I usually don?t go in very often but the host... Kyle remembered not just my name but my order as well! (Which by the way he helped me decide on, his love for the brand isgenuine so he?s truly able to make expert recommendations) I?ve grown to love just the experience of being in the store so muchthat it?s now my happy place. Last week my co workers went in to get ice cream after hearing me rave about the service and theytold me how helpful Kyle was to them as they were so indecisive with all the amazing choices. They told me he was not onlypatient and helpful but most importantly very knowledgeable about all the flavors and so descriptive about the tastes, that itmade it easy for them to decide.
