This place is run by any local with no experience or any education., I heard one of the light skin girl there use the n word... while speaking loud and saying nasty unprofessional remarks while I was shopping with my 6 year old. The best Coldstone in Brooklyn, excellent service under new management.
Awful service, they ran out of cones and they gave the ice creams in a cup ?kids size?. Told the guy in cashier that that wasnt... what i ordered, pointed that i wanted what the picture in the menu had, gave it back to him and he threw it to the trash in theworst attitude.
