Love their ice cream it?s fresh and they have such great flavors and ice cream cakes!
Sweet spot gone very soure.. After repeating 5 times the order of :Mud Pie MOJO large in chocolate dipped waffle bowl - got... little bit of coffee ice cream with some nuts. You can imagine the disappointment especially after 15 minutes wait in line toorder. This use to be the favorite place for my family and friends - not any more !!! Highly Overpriced at not a goodexperience. Would not recommend to go there. Carvel on Coney Island Ave. - is much ,much better!!! Read more

Nice building for a Cold Stone Creamery. Been years since I had it. It was almost as good as I remember. Not sure but the... flavors weren?t as pronounced as they used to be? Then a bunch of trash was on the floor in the store and ice cream stains onthe table, which before arriving there weren?t many guests and someone could?ve cleaned that up. Felt gross having to sit in thetrash to be honest. But otherwise our ice creams were made well; melted a little quick but all in all a nice visit. I ordered a cake online on 7/5/20 for my brother?s and mother?s birthday. My dad went to pick it up the next day and that day... was hot so the cake was melting. We wanted to give it a try nonetheless. It was good until my brother ate the last piece of cakethat was left and bit into what appeared to be a plastic piece. Unfortunately, I had to give it fewer stars for that. I alreadyinformed the company and they were going to take a look into it. I don?t think I received any further follow up. My first time ordering from Coldstone creamery, and I must say I am quite pleased. Ice cream was still frozen when it arrived... And the packaging and presentations were wonderful, not to mention the ice cream I ordered was the founders favorite I havecourse ordered extra pecans because I am A pecan lover, and it is delicious. The ice cream at this creamery is always consistent. Cold stone never disappoints me when it comes to great tasting ice cream ,... and freshly made waffle bowls. This establishment is usually pretty empty , which is great for anyone who wants to get a quickscoop of ice cream without waiting on long lines . Read more
