Sad to say that I was disappointed with this establishment. I don?t know if I just caught them on a bad day, or if that was a... normal day for them. I placed my order ahead of time online; three minutes before my order was supposed to be ready I get a callfrom one of the employees where he informed me the kitchen had ran out of the items necessary to complete my order well beforemy order was even completed. I get there and wait an additional hour for them to throw together the third different item that Iordered. The place was a mess, everyone was running around like crazy. I have tried their food many times in past and continue to use their service mostly for breakfasts Sunday mornings. Over 90% of... the time, I order same exact food but despite getting the same food and even with the same cashier ringing you up each time, youcan have different prices every time. Very rarely you would get the same price for the same order. Although a dollar more orless here or there would not make any customer bankrupt, but never the less this should get fixed as this is simply not right,not kosher, and not fare to the customer! Total dive with Excellent salad bar , delicious falafel and great service. Always friendly ! Truthfully , it needs to be cleaned... better very badly . They need to better clean the tables , napkin containers , walls etc . Also some prices have gone way waytoo high . $6 for small fries ? Crazy . Read more
