Let me begin with saying that I almost never feel compelled to leave a negative review for a restaurant. I worked in service... based industries for many years and am very understanding to the fact that not everyone is perfect, sometimes people forget,sometimes it's very busy and the restaurant is understaffed, etc - I get it. But this was quite honestly the worst service Ihave ever received at a restaurant. We had to ask multiple times for a waiter to come to the table (after waiting over 20minutes) multiple times for our drinks when they forgot to bring them out, multiple times for the forgotten food order (whichthey eventually brought out with onions when we asked for without), and multiple times for the check. When they finally took thecheck it took 15 minutes to get it back. On top of all of this, the food is not even good. No one seems to care there at all,including the manager, who we told in the beginning about no waiter coming to the table, then that we asked 2x for the check anddidn't receive it, and finally at the end telling about our overall dissatisfaction with the service. No comped food or drinks,no discount, no anything. It is pretty hard to do everything wrong service wise, but they made sure they checked every box. Really great when it?s a little slow, but it?s clear the management have no idea how to staff the place when it?s busy. I?ve... been a few times, and when it?s more crowded, it can sometimes take upwards of a half hour to track down your bill when it?swith a server. The beer selection is good, and the menu is great for bar food. I didn?t participate, but their cornholetournament seemed like a great time. Ditto for trivia night. Read more

Save your recipes. They mistakenly charged a $325 bar tab to my card despite presenting me with a (correct) $20 receipt to sign... at the restaurant. I only noticed the $325 charge because I have an alert set up on my bank. Innocent mistake? Maybe, but Icalled 3 days in a row and they didn?t fix it. First day, an employee told me the manager would call back within 15 minutes butnever did. Second day I got the manager on the phone and he was apologetic/promised to fix it, said he couldn?t find the chargeand swore he call back within the hour but did not. Final day of calling, no one picked up. I disputed the charge with my bank.They tried to present a receipt with someone else?s handwriting and messy signature, but thankfully I could produce evidencethat the receipt was not mine and their bank refunded my card. Whole process took over a month. The single drink I had therewas fine, but not worth $325. Service was clearly less than adequate. Read more

Good luck getting served. Took 45 mins for a beer as the staff were impressively high. Then they served half a pint as a beer... and when asked about it the response was ?you want to wait another ten minutes?? A fun time on a gorgeous rooftop, Mac and Angel (bartenders) took care of us very well. Food is on point! They have berria tacos... ????, wings, potato tots, pizza with chicken and the drinks were all delicious. We had a great time for my brothers birthday.
