Updated review: From one star to three. Bathrooms and dining area were decent. I noticed more staff in the after school hours.... Food was good. Soda machine was still broken but gave out ice. Where do I begin? This WAS one of the better Chipotle locationsbut I'm afraid the quality has dwindled drastically! Firstly, this restaurant is severely understaffed with unhappy workers whospend their time grunting groaning and sky larking instead of taking care of the customers and or cleanliness on site. Theyseem to be more focused on food delivery orders and neglect to take care of the actual restaurant which is incredibly filthyeven by nyc fast food standards. Furthermore, they are in dire need of more staff to handle the after school late lunchcrowd. This location Is filled with dirty tables and sticky floors covered in trash, food and spilled drinks. It needs to beclosed and sanitized with bleach pinesol and holy water. Other things of note: there are two public use bathrooms - one ofwhich the employees have decided to put a not working sign just so they can have it for themselves , leaving the other oneextremely filthy with no working soap dispenser dirty toilets and sinks and smelling like it hasn't been cleaned for days. Theice machine dispenser doesn't work and has been this way for a few months but seemingly the ice maker in the back does ......(go figure) The self serve drinks spew hot nasty fountain soda or fountain juices Which also look like it hasn't been cleanedin months. To make matters worse , anybody off the street can just pull up with their used dirty cup or thermos and grab a drinkat the self serve. It's giving hepatitis A, B, C and D. Sanitize where? Covid protocols where? None to be found at thislocation!!!! This is not even an isolated incident....it's been this way the past few times I've come here with no improvementswhatsoever. Ordered and they straight up gave me a bowl that was just sour cream, hot sauce, and meat and the onion corn mix (which I didn?t... order) without the rice and beans? was basically inedible. They always get things wrong, give horrible portions, and forgetitems. Read more

I love chipotle and have been going for years and this is by far the worst location. The shop is just overrun by online orders... which come out at least 20 minutes after expected and in poor quality. The staff is working but clearly unhappy?if chipotlemanagement is reading this you need to take a look at this location. It?s overpriced for chipotle standards with a lot of strongcompetitors nearby. The Chipotle location is very busy in the evening with to-go orders. As a result, counter service can be slow and chaotic at... times. Some items may not be available. The existing staff are great and doing their best. As other reviewers have noted,they're clearly understaffed. Read more

I ordered delivery on DoorDash and the order was completely wrong! It was someone else?s order. I ordered it again on UberEats... (just really wanted Chipotle today so I gave them a second chance). Guess what, wrong again! They even printed the wrong pick uplabel (it?s from the order I put in on DoorDash earlier) and the order was placed on Grubhub! Chipotle messed up my order twicewithin the span of an hour! To the two guys who got my order, blame Chipotle! Read more

There?s something off about this chipotle. The staff is nice and trying real hard. Everyone has a good attitude but their... operations are off compared to other locations. The line is always backed up, they seem to be out of things every night, nomatter the day during prime dinner ~ 7 pm. If they have the ingredients in stock, it tastes as it should. Chipotle needs to update their app, email and staff training. Mobile orders from Chipotle app gets placed on back shelf, not the... front shelf when you walk in as instructed. You have to somehow get one of the few employees there to bring your order to you.Only DoorDash or Grubhub orders get placed up front for pick up. Wasted 10 min with my food getting cold standing there waitingfor someone to assist? my food was right there and I was just standing around for no reason. Staff were goofing off notattending to the big mass of people waiting. Couple weeks ago they closed mid day without warning. Was about to place an orderbut then got error messages saying they?re not taking orders. Walked nearby later on to try ordering in person to find they wereclosed. Placed a mobile order through Chipotle app for pick up, order was prepped on time but immediately placed on shelf in theback and not on the rack. No one tried calling out my order or seeing if I needed help. Read more
