I came into the restaurant and waited on the long line. I was assisted rather quickly with placing my order. The first woman I... spoke to took my order and my name. She then went ahead to tell me that all I had to do was say my name at the register and theywould take care of me. Once I got to the register, I said my name and I was confirming some of the items on the order because itseemed that she was taking a minute to find the order. I went to use the restroom as I was waiting for the food to be ready. Inthe restroom the faucet was not working- leaving me with soapy hands to go retrieve my order. I get my order from the person atthe register and ask if this is everything. She proceeds to confirm it is. I go to my car, and discover the Mac and Cheese wasnot there. I go inside and tell the first person I see in the store that I am missing an item. He then goes to show me that Iwas never charged for one and says he would charge me for it. It was not professional or friendly to deal with the situation theway the staff at this location did. I had to come back out of my way to be told I was going to be charged for something that Ihad placed an order from the moment I spoke to the first representative in the store. Very unprofessional and not up to thestandards that Chick fil A stands for. On top of that, the quality of the food was terrible. I was also charged for a cookiewhen it was supposed to be free as I was using my mobile app for my points. Terrible service. I wish I could give it 0 stars. Read more

The line was overwhelmingly long but they were so efficient the process was quick. As you joined the line, someone on the floor... took your order, as you reached the register your food was traded off for payment. The food obviously tastes just as good. I wasreluctant that once the chain came to NYC the quality of food would decrease into another McDonalds but I was happy that wasn?tthe case. The prices seemed normal also despite inflation. I spent about $15 for lunch. Read more

This was my first time eating Chick-fil-A, ever. I only got a waffle fry with ranch dipping sauce but, whatever. The way they... take orders is genius and very efficient. Even though the line was extremely long, I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Now,the waffle fries were good fries, no complaints there. The ranch dipping sauce was a different story. It was too watery for myliking, it didn't adhere nicely to my fry so that was off-putting. I will definitely go back here again and this time I will goon an empty stomach so I can eat much more. We?re traveling to NYC from Croatia and wanted the family to experience Chick-fil-a for the first time. The staff was extremely... friendly and professional and the manager went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied. Can?t recommend this location enough! Read more

My first time here, I really like it. My kids just inhaled the chicken nuggets :-) It was weird though, that there wasn't any... dressing on the burger. I had the grilled chicken with gluten free bread. Their way of handling this was great. You get bun ina bag so it doesn't get cross contaminated and the burger in a box. So you have to build the burger your self. Smart. They arealso very efficient. This place is popular so they come and take your order in the que. So when it's your turn you just say yourname and the order is almost ready. The person who cane up with this should be employee of the year. I will come here again. Read more

Always nice at this location and never had a messed up order. They are usually busy in the afternoon/evening so just prepare to... wait a few extra minutes but they?re efficient. Otherwise, I got breakfast around 8am and it was a 30 second visit for me. Read more

Why can't Brooklyn ever get our outpost of a place that is consistent everywhere else right? My fiance ordered dinner to her job... to bring home to us because our home is too far for delivery but her job is not. The order was pretty simple. Two meals, anorder of tenders and two cheese sauces. When she received the order she checked it and one of the meals was missing a sandwich. She contacted uber eats who credited us the price of one sandwich which is not what we wanted, we wanted our food. So now one ofus didn't have a sandwich. A little bit later when she got home we opened up the sandwich they did send and there was mold onthe bun. We contacted uber eats again and was credited for the second sandwich. We really should have been fully refunded. If Ihadn't looked at it before biting into it I would have eaten food that had gone bad. I love Chick-fil-A and wish they could getit right. We had to order a second dinner from a different establishment. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Read more

I visited this location and I was pleased with the fast service. This location has not reopened their dining room so it?s only... take out. I forgot to scan my Chick-Fil-A One Account and didn?t receive a receipt so I was upset I didn?t get points towardsthis purchase. The order was accurate. The staff were friendly. This location accepts cash and card to pay for your order. The location is also near major public transportation. Read more
