Jeremiah is the freakin man. Called in @ 10min to close, person who answered phone said no way, then the phone was passed to... Jeremiah who was kind, understanding, and said he would help me out. Made it there just at 9 as they were closing, to a fullypimped-out bowl made by him. That's true customer service, y'all! Have been here twice. The service is really erratic. Servers don?t know the recipes on their menu and they served me a falafel... pita that looked like it was designed by Jackson Pollack. Don?t know why the server thought this much sauce was ok. Read more
The food is decent here but one of my favorite things is the sweet potatoes. Three times now I have gotten raw/undercooked... potatoes. This time they are raw and burnt somehow all at once. I didn?t know that was even possible lol. Read more
Clean, decent price, fast service and excellent customer service. A simple Good Morning and/or Good afternoon as you entered the... store really creates a good environment and the staff definitely brought into that environment. They tend to forget toppings. I really like their bowls, but it happens several times when I picked up my bowl and there were... missing toppings (see the picture attached: no free pita, no pita crisps included). I ordered a salad with 13 topping options and this is what I got. They gave me one of each but did not give me the extra I asked... for (5 pickled onions, etc.) I ordered Uber eats and it took them an hour and 20 minutes to have my sad salad ready for thedeliverer. The fact that it took that long for an incorrect, poorly prepared, no consideration given to order is anembarrassment to this establishment and the restaurant industry as a whole. They sent this order out as a representation to howlittle attention they pay or how how little they care about the customer and for that reason I will never order from here again. Read more
I absolutely love Cava, it?s my favorite go to spot for lunch when you are at the office because it?s quick service, delicious... and easy to digest. They offer the count of calories you eat and customize your plate to achieve your nutritional goals. I thinkthis is the food of the future. Read more
