Had the worst possible experience yesterday afternoon. Went in to get ice cream and there was a bit of the line. Young Asian... teen (would not give me her name and no other way to describe her) at the counter has no business working in customer service.She was extremely rude to almost everyone on line. When I finally got a chance to order she didn?t even let me finish andstarted scooping the WRONG ice cream into a cup when that?s not when I wanted. After I said I wanted a soft serve she rolled hereyes put the ice cream that she scooped out back into the tub and stormed away to the soft serve machine. At this point I andother customers were just looking at her and she harshly says ?can you come over here?. I told her to keep the ice cream andgive me her name and managers number. She said she didn?t have a manger and wouldn?t give me her name. Extremely rudeunprofessional and a disgrace. If you don?t want to serve people don?t work in customer service and ruin peoples entire day.Will definitely be reaching out to corporate. Read more

Ice cream tasted like freezer burn both the scooped and soft serve. They way the ice cream shop is setup makes you not feel... welcomed. No option to see the flavors and judge if you want it or not. Other carvels aren?t this way even with covid. Wouldn?tcome back. Read more
