The storefront is great. You can?t beat a carvels unique vibe. There?s a parking lot and games. It seems to always be full of... people no matter what time or the temperature. The ice cream itself was a bit subpar. Not that many flavors to choose from andit seemed like it was kinda hard. Definitely get the hot fudge as a topping. Read more

Bad experience I went there with my family and we were not satisfied at all. We asked for pistachio ice cream, but what they... gave us was almond or something like that. While I was waiting to ask why, another customer asked for pistachio ice cream. Thesales guy told the customer they did not have pistachio ice cream. So that means they gave me the wrong item. When it was myturn, they argued with me and tried to prove it when I said that the ice cream they gave me was not pistachio. This was a veryamateurish approach because I am a customer. What does it gain them to have a discussion with me? I spent about fifty dollarsbut still could not please them. A shop can only be managed so badly like that. This is a great ice cream spot not simply because the staff here are really friendly, they have 2 types of ice creams one... regular carvel ice cream and the other they make kosher ice cream. They also have a nice bug parking lot plus outdoor sittingarea in a nice summer day to enjoy the ice creams. We went on Wednesday which to our surprise had a long line outside at 10pmand that we found out was due to Buy 1 Get 1 free Sundays on Wednesday !!! Enjoy Read more
