So the flavor was good but... we ordered a large salmon with rice and collards and it was definitely a small portion in a large... container that was filled with rice and not salmon. Like the rice was clearly filler because they didn't add enough salmon. Myhusband thinks they made a mistake and made it small and tried to fix it by adding rice (he thinks he heard them say that wassupposed to be a large) It was $14 for a large that was really a small. Not okay. If you make a mistake own it! It tastedgood though but would have had more stars if they gave us the correct size or charged us for the size they gave us. Read more
The food was delicious. It was my first time there and the girl at the register make some suggestions, all of which were... amazing. They had a frozen drink not sure of the name but that was delicious just a tad bit too sweet for me. Mostimportantly, the girl at the register gave the BEST customer service ever!! The oxtails were not cut properly. The oxtails did not fall of the bone. They were not tender. There was nothing special about... the rice. The collard greens could of been cut to bite size portions. The portion was to pricey. The store is pretty. The amountof detail that went into the design of the food store should also go into the food. Utica Avenue needs strong foodcompetition. I wish you?ll would listen when a customer request no white sauce!!! You don?t allow ppl to add or delete ingredients on the... app. WHY? I placed my order then called in making sure no white sauce.
