I’ve been here several times giving smal business a chance as a Latin woman the food isn’t cooked same day.. not fresh most... likely several days done. The empanadas are done with left overs stew chicken & refried to the point you can’t chew. They needto fix menu prices because since it’s BayRidge they wanna charge more than value…for a leg/thigh some cucumbers tomatoes shecharged me 15$ in a small container. Never again!! You know even though I always see a man every morning bringing up seasonedmeat in buckets uncovered to the kitchen upstairs from the outside which always had me puzzled I still gave this place severalchances, however I’m done. Food was pretty good but portions are very small. The oxtail cost me $18 before tax (and tip for delivery). All I got was 4... pieces of oxtail over a plate of white rice. (The plantains in pictures are separate- I spent almost $30 for this plus plantainand a small coffee ) Read more
I got chicken stew, it was piping hot when I picked it up. Chicken was so juicy and soft, extremely delicious. Potatoes... complimented the taste. However I find it that rice was odd. The dish would taste much bette without it in my opinion. The staffwas friendly. Thanks. Read more
If you’re looking for an authentic Spanish place to eat this is a good place to start. Many combinations to choose from to... include sandwiches, and French fries menu for children. Definitely more photos to come. *Ordering over the phone can bedifficult if one doesn’t speak Spanish. Keep in mind that English is their second language. This was my first visit to this Spanish restaurant. Recently I've been visiting another newer place in Bay Ridge. Service was... decent, although it wasn't busy at the time of my arrival on a Saturday afternoon. We ordered meals to stay but also orderedsomething else to take out. The restaurant was quite clean and the food was good. My only complaints are that I felt that mychicken soup should have been a bit hotter in temperature; and my avocado salad was too watery and salty. Read more
