We were extremely loyal Alula customers, our show would spend upwards of $300 here a week but on our last pickup order one of... our employees was BERATED and YELLED at by one of the employees. It's company policy that we CANNOT tip on pickup orders and ouremployee was yelled at for not tipping.......It's ridiculous, why don't you pay your kitchen staff a living wage or take it upwith the show rather than yelling at a production assistant barely making minimum wage themselves?!
