There food efficient and good in good price. But there customer service are not very helpful.
I liked this Burger King way better in 2019. In 2019 they used to be a little bit faster, they played good music back then and... they gave you your drink at the register. Now they give you the soda with your order and they make it before your order is readyso it gets watery, they also take forever I waited 20+ for my food last time and they have an awkward music playlist that playsmusic from a long time ago then they?ll play the worst pop song ever. Also there is no point of playing music if you can barelyhear it and it only plays in one part of the restaurant. Y?all also need to open the 2nd floor because it?s way too ghetto onthe 1st floor and back then in 2019 the 2nd floor was always clean. The food is still good tho. Read more
The morning crew is awesome. Very packed at lunch though. Mornings and evenings are best for quick food. The app is awesome... though, the offer you can use anytime are great. :) Read more
Horrible they messed up my order 3x.. I had to wait for an hour for a simple order.. the workers are nasty and undesirable...... The neighborhood is coming up... And they are not capable of handling biracial people, white people or black people!! They areghetto and need to stay in the projects they come from!! Undesirable staff !! Read more
I was told my deal from the app didn't go through when it did. Also, the cashier and manager had poor customer service. Nobody... wants to be insulted and called slow because of technical difficulties. There's other places nearby I'll be spending my money atmoving forward. Read more

They have touch screens to order from, and no indoor dining was allowed. A homeless man took a stroll through the lobby while I... was waiting for my food. The nuggets were amazing, and I also tried the "impossible whopper" here which was also surprisinglygood. I'd like to come back after the pandemic so I can eat on the upper level dining area.
