Absolute dump! Site/ grounds around the building are horrendous. Should not expect anything better regarding the inside, used... the drive thru, jalapeno poppers were overfried, internal cheese all melted out. Stopped just for an appetizer as heading tomeet family for dinner in Queens getting there through traffic, should not have bothered. Read more
I went there today and the restaurant was so nasty and smelling of old mop water instead of food... my burgers were undercooked... had to discard them.. worst location I've ever visited.. never again.. Read more
Used a BK coupon; got two Whoppers, two small French Fries and two Drinks with my coupon order.... all to myself. I enjoyed my... alone time. I sat & dined following the CDC guidelines. The employees coordinating well and double checked my order wassufficiently completed. Read more
The food wasn't bad at all but the wait time was a bit much they just need to get organized a little better
So happy the impossible burger is back had to get one.
EDITED 10:35 March 24th : 3 staffs r not working in open restaurant which closes on 11:00 . It?s with a big parking and diner... area . IT WAS Quick service as well BEFORE changing staffs . Read more
Alright I went to look for my receipt, just so I could name drop.. Unfortunately, the staff aren't listed on the orders. For one... the cashier, was delightful she was telling my how she is good with remembering numbers as I presented my coupon. Ironically Ican't even remember a gas pump number is just looked at 10 seconds ago. But back to the review, I will presume she was asupervisor because she had things under control to move the orders out. Top notch service, I wish she lived out in my city..Kindness goes a long way! My food was made nice and hot and presently neatly within my bag. The store itself was very clean, nogreasy floors like other franchises I've frequented. The dining area is large, surprisingly large in fact it's extremelynostalgic for grown people. Like going back into the 80s when having a Whooper meant the world to you. Renovations, maybe not..I think the store is perfect just the way it is. Read more
