Gets one star because the food is at least consistent. For the most part the quality never changes - you can expect the same... thing every time. Loses stars because of poor customer service and lack of attention to detail. Don't deliver my sweet and sourchicken without sweet and sour sauce and then tell me I have to come pick it up. On February 28, 2022 my son and I had ordered food at separate times. My son had ordered pork fried rice and boneless spare... ribs. I ordered roast pork egg foo young. That evening around 10:00 pm my son started to get nauseous and began to vomitUncontrollably. I thought maybe he has a stomach virus and needed some rest. That evening I was getting ready for bed and I alsostarted to feel nauseous but it wasn?t as serious as my son?s at first. In the middle of the night we both started to vomit andhad diarrhea, also running a fever. We both had chills and could not stop running to bathroom. I decided that we both needed togo to urgent care. We did and we were both diagnosed with food poisoning and received and injections to stop the vomiting.Please be careful with this restaurant. I called and told them the food was no good and we got sick the lady told me I didn?tbuy food from them and hung up. I have credit card receipts to prove it. I will never order from them again. These guys are the worst Chinese restaurant I have ever purchased from. I'm so mad at myself not only for spending money here... for the convenience but giving them the benefit of the doubt. Always gets the order wrong, either the food is over cooked orundercooked, and everything just overpriced for the quantity. Ordered egg rolls from this place and 2 minutes after they were plated i noticed a pool of oil covering half the plate. Then I... realized all the egg rolls were shimmering with a coat of oil. I get that this is fried food and any normal person would expecta touch of greasiness, but this went far beyond that to the point of absurd. Will be avoiding this place in the future. Read more
