Extremely terrible and disrespectful customer service. I wanted a piece of grilled chicken one day and pointed to the piece of... chicken that I wanted. Another worker came from the back took the piece of chicken that I said I wanted. He took it to make hisown meal, as he started at me while walking away. The person who was serving me told me to pick another piece of chicken. Isaid, I pointed to the piece I wanted and your co-worker took it knowing that I wanted that piece. The guy serving me had thenerve. It's more chicken pick another one. FOH. After a few Choice words I left there without spending a penny. Also my friendgot the salmon from there and he said it was very Bland and tasteless. Stopped in for a cheeseburger, onion rings, and a shake. The food arrived promptly but could have been more freshly made.
I love this place. I order from them all the time. Fast service and mostly decent food
Never ordering from here again. I ordered from here often and usually didnt have issues but it?s been a while since we ordered.... I added extras on my burger, not only was the burger patty missing but the extra things that I paid extra for were missing also.The delivery driver was rude and left my food in my lobby instead of bringing it to my door. My cheese fries had no cheese and Ipaid extra for that also. So disappointing! Read more
The workers were very nice and the delivery was fast. I love the food, burgers are great. If you have allergies or cannot eat... any dairy skip this place. We have ordered burgers without mayo about 5 times and they still put it on. It doesn't help that Ispoke in Spanish. I love the food and they are very polite on the phone but cannot order food that can make someone sick. Read more
Good food but I recommend you only eat in or pick it up yourself. Their Delivery people SUCK!. More than once I've had food... delivered with its contents leaking out of the bag. One guy actually had the nerve to hand me my food with the plate completelysideways. Calling doesn't help either. Hopefully they will see this review and do something about it. This was my first time in Brooklyn . Some people gave this place not so kind reviews, but we really liked it The workers were... very friendly and helpful. I had the greek salad and it was actually one of the best I've ever had. It was very flavorful. Theydo the cooking right there so at times it is a little smokey but not a problem. Overall we thought it was a great little spotwith great service! Read more
