Customer service sucks,one of my worst experience at dunkin,very unprofessional,need too hire new people.
This is also a Dunkin? Donuts but for some reason I couldn?t find it when I search on my google maps. I guess they knew what was... coming. This place is terrible, the lady at the front (maybe owner) is super cheap. I once had a latte coupon and when I triedto order a latte she noticed me using my phone and said they didn?t have lattes. That same day, maybe a couple of mins later(30mins) I came back and asked for the same thing. This time I didn?t have my phone out and she happily served me a latte. Thesecond and last time I will ever be back to this place, I ordered the egg white veggie bowl that costs $6. When I received it,the bowl was not even half full. Woah! Cashier was intentionally rude. Then forgot to make my ice cream and kept me waiting, while preparing orders for customers who... came in after me. This was done intentionally and I get that everyone has a bad day, but I can't perform like this in my job, noexcuses. Many of the ice cream labels are missing. Read more
Its a Dunkin, so quality is mediocre..customer service is lacking, as is their selection of donuts. Not great here.
