First the helper are rude and it's not a clean place and even though they don't let you use the restroom. It's not a human place
Not a good place at all for spending your time and money. One of the employees by the name of Roman, I think he is from... Pakistan, was very rude and he told me that they don't have ice cream, I asked again if it was Baskin- Robbins, he said yes butthey didn't have ice cream. Ehh, it's kind of a good place but there's only 1 cashier. 6 employees and 1 cashier. Are you serious? I visit this place every... day but sometimes they get my order wrong or the workers are rude. Pretty good place to visit near the park. Read more
PLEASE CLEAN YOUR ICE TEA CONTAINERS BETTER AND MORE OFTEN. Maybe 1 out of 4 iced teas I buy are actually drinkable. Which sucks... when you hit the drive thru and get home to drink rotted tea. Will be returning the tea and checking out another business. Read more
I would give 3 stars due to lack of pre-packed ice cream, only 1 left. I gave 4-5 stars for the hard working employees trying... to keep up with everybody. The lady worker i had was great. I notice her packed the fresh ice cream down and wipe the tub too. Thanks Read more
Will never visit here again. I grew up visiting Baskin-Robbins for ice cream so I've been to my fair share of them. When I... walked in, there were 2 customers in front of me at the "Pick Up" counter. No one at the "donut" cash register. I usually get1 scoop of ice cream with two flavors. This guy did not really acknowledge me until I asked "hello?". He wouldn't let me get 2flavors in one scoop. Mandated me to get 2 scoops in order to get 2 flavors. I argued with him and he said no. So I was likeok... whatever. I was very thirsty and wanted ice cream. He handed me my ice cream and I gave him my card but instead of ringingme up at the counter, he just walked away with my card without a word. I had to look around to see where he went. Heapparently went to the donut counter but neglected to tell me that he needed me to go with him. I understand that he might bean immigrant but a finger pointing in that direction would have sufficed. Read more
If I could give this Baskin-Robbins a negative zero I would Brian the cashier has the worst customer service I've ever... encountered in customer service and he does his job poorly. My fiance and I came into this Baskin Robbins to get ice cream weasked Brian to follow us to the ice cream so we could tell him what we wanted he refused and asked just to tell him what wewanted how many scoops without knowing what kind of waffle cone or ice cream we wanted or toppings even though we tried tellinghim. We asked for a waffle cone and he tried to upcharge us the price and the register was incorrect but the price advertisedwas he refused to serve my fiance and I the waffle cone unless we paid the additional amount of money his coworker asked him tojust give us the cone as it was advertised and he refused and walked away Don't come here!!!!
