Great place been going for years, definitely a great value
The service was extremely slow. The espresso machine was being cleaned so it was not in service during business hours. The older... gentlemen working there was good. He's the only reason I gave one star. The younger guy seems clueless and spends more timesocializing with people he knows then providing service. This place needs more than 2 people on staff at one time or more than 1competent person. Read more

THIS STORE IS THE WORST. THE WORKERS AND MANAGEMENT HAVE NO MANNERS AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER. A CUSTOMER... WALKED INTO THE STORE, LOOKED AND DECIDED WHAT KIND OF ICE CREAM HE WANTED. HE WAS IN THE STORE 10 MIN. WHILE HE WAS STANDINGTHERE ONE OF THE IDIOTS PULLED DOWN THE GATE AND SAID "WE'RE CLOSED" WHAT DID HE THINK THE MAN CAME IN THE STORE FOR TO SAYGOODNIGHT? He could have let the man know he was closing when he saw him coming in. They have a sorry selection of ice cream that they don't even bother to change. I am thankful to live in a small town where the DD and BR employees grew up with respect for their elders and the people who... protect and serve every minute of every day. The employees of this location need to take some pointers. Not serving the verypeople who keep your neighborhood safe all because they wear a badge is pathetic. I'd give zero stars if I could. Won't service the police department that protects you from vandals and robbers who might swarm your... business, the officers that keep the neighborhood in which your business is located safe which allows you to go home at the endof the day without being harmed!!!
