We celebrated our wedding in this restaurant. It was wonderful! The owner of the restaurant, Nicole, did everything to make us... feel comfortable and festive. Her husband, Chef Vittorio, in addition to delicious food from the restaurant menu, made twooriginal dishes on our order. Bartender Joe was attentive and elegant. Food, service, Interior, acoustics - everything wasgreat. Neither we nor our guests had a single awkward moment, everyone left impressed and satisfied. Thank you, guys! Came here for brunch! It was quite delicious. A friend got a burger with Gruyère and my other friend got the veggie burger with... Gruyère. I got a vegan burger with mushrooms. The burgers all came with a pickle and hand cut fries. Yummmmm. The waitress toldus that everything is made in house- the bun, the vegan burgers and the fries. Definitely come here! Currently Baron's is one of my favorite spots to get a drink and a light meal. Located in good old Bedstuy, where restaurants... and bars are still scattered around and not that easy to access using public transportation, Baron's is a jewel on Dekalb Ave.that offers comfort and camaraderie by the best server of them all: Jo. As a southern restaurant/bar, entering Baron's feelslike entering the Twilight or True Blood vampire world. If you are into this vibe you will definitely love it here. Make sure toget their special drink of the day. It is always delicious and fresh. From the menu I recommend all of their appetizers with anemphasis on the Hush puppies and their Fried chicken sandwich, recommended also by Jo. Baron?s is a great place for brunch! Residential Parking is quite easy in this neighborhood. Inside the restaurant has a great... vibe with awesome decor. The seating area in the back was warm on a cold winter day. The lighting is dim and intimate, and therewere duos and larger groups dining. The service was excellent, and the food was amazing. The mint tea was delicious, especiallywhen adding the honey, but still good without. I enjoyed the Brioche French Toast, it was sweet and flavorful. The additions ofthe caramelized banana and spiced walnuts were a unique touch, although the blueberries were quite sour. My dining companionenjoyed the Fried Chicken Sandwich, particularly the flavor and texture combination of the chicken with the coleslaw. This camewith french fries, which were absolutely delicious and definitely worth coming back for! We would have ordered more fries if wehad the stomach space. Overall we left full and satisfied with the food, vibes, and service and will come back to try more itemson their menu. I highly recommend this restaurant. Read more

Lovely environment and warm staff, but food was pretty awful . My steak was complete rubber and everything was so over salted it... was impossible to eat . Bill was not cheap either - too expensive for low quality meat . Read more
