I ordered a chicken gyro sandwich (wrap) on the phone for pickup. I didn't like it. First of all, the sandwich is quite small,... compared to other Turkish places. I finished it within 3 minutes, and ended up still hungry. Second, the taste is plain, dry,and lacks authenticity. Third, it costs me about $12, which is quite expensive for the size and its taste. Last, the serviceisn't good. The girl who answered my phone call simply asked me to repeat my order many times, even though I spoke slowly andpronounced my order clearly for just a chicken gyro. Obviously she doesn't sound to have patience/attention with customerorders. Probably the only thing I like about this place - the decoration, which is cozy, but it can't convince me enough tocome back. Read more

The most of terrible service! The most of stupid rules! We ordered food "to go" but had a reason to stay inside. Manager said... that we couldn't stay even if we would make other order to stay! There were just two table busy .. She said it's owner's rule!We felt like we were kicked out for our money... So many years I and my friends were customers of that place. Tonight it waslast time I was here! I'll let all my friends, my neighbors to know what's happened they not to have the same experience! Read more

I have visted many Turkish joints around NYC and this happens to be one of the best. Service is good...friendly yet... professional. Food is excellent. Had the lamb kabobs, salad and a few other items. Everything was amazing. Btw the bread isabsolutely fantastic. No issues finding street parking on a Saturday night at 8pm Will definitely visit again. Read more
