The new waitress Mari has a very Poor attitude and No Customer service skills we have been coming to this Diner since I was a... child and never had any problems with any of the waiters everyone was always very professional and customer friendly! Notanymore! Which is terrible! I will No longer be a customer after 20something years of patronage to this one and 39th st! Waitedover 30mins and she kept clearing tables and not seating us mind you I am Nine months pregnant standing and waiting!!! Neveragain!! Read more
Good good and generous portions. and 24h(!), but this last time - in which it was not busy at all - I had poor service inside.... It took 3 reminders to the waitress to get coffee after I communicated it as part of my order twice, no refill on water afterasking, and took my food away while still eating it (didn?t even ask). Likely a new server, but please train your staff onfollow-through, not just for the customer experience but also for the staff?s professional success. However, past/other severshave been excellent.
