I have been to this location multiple times usually have good experiences. Went on a Wednesday. This day alone would earn the... place 2 stars. They were busy, which I understand but they were clearly rushing too much and not putting much effort into theorders. We ordered maki rolls and multiple hand rolls; the hand rolls had SO MUCH tempura flakes in it, where is the fish?? AllI could taste was tempura flakes, so disappointed. Read more

Incredible quality sushi in an intimate and understated setting. Well balanced nigiri and maki where the fish and subtle... seasoning take center stage. We are super glad we found this place while driving through and will make this a regular stop whenin the area. While dining we saw a lot of people picking up to go so it seems this place is very well liked in theneighborhood. Read more
Absolutely top-notch sushi--fish is always fresh, special rolls have interesting combinations of flavors. My kids love watching... the chef prepare the sushi with amazing precision at lightning-fast speeds. Also very friendly and kind people--alwaysaccommodating to dietary restrictions and allergies. It can get busy on Fridays so order early in the evening to avoid longwaits. The only other place in Brookline whose quality approaches SF is excessively expensive and far less friendly. Read more

Awesome, tiny hole in the wall with interesting sushi creations. Definitely worth a try. We got the Tokyo rose, the super... volcano, and the green monster and all were delicious! Probably about 12 seats total if you want to stay, but also their takeoutis super fast! Read more
