Doordash krders are always high quality. Drivr thru line can be very long, i usually do the online app ordering and curbside... pickup. In last couple of months thst wait has gotten longer and longer, too. I dont mind but would appreciate some customerservice ("sorry for the wait" is all) when the food does come! This McDonald's just keeps getting worse and worse. Here I am again waiting for a hamburger happy meal, waited in the line to... order 15 minutes! I went through the drive thru this morning and ordered a big breakfast. The person taking my order didn't ask me if I wanted... hotcakes which I thought already came with it. I got home and no hotcakes. I asked if they had pup cups only to get absolutelyno response from the cashier. Called and spoke to the manager who informed me that I have to ask for the hotcakes and apologizedfor their order board not being clear on the price. Still unacceptable that the cashier ignored my question about the pup cup. Ialso asked for a large Frappe and they got that wrong. Had to order a large at the window. I know they get busy, but seriouslymedium and large sound nothing alike. Boo to you McDonald's. Read more
Can't tell what's dirty or just ugly. Person I came with got a happy meal, fries, mc double, and pop. But ordered 6 PC mc... nuggets, 2x fries, pop, and mc double. At least the coke didn't taste like urine. Read more

The last few times we have gone to McDonald's I have been disappointed. I feel bad for the workers there. Only when the lady... manager with short hair is working. The way she treats her employees is inexcusable and in my experience as a manager treatingyour employees badly because you are stressed out isn't going to make the operation run smoother. It took 40 minutes to get ourfood and the workers are working as hard and fast as they could but obviously terrified to make the wrong move so scramblingaround trying to stay busy so she won't yell at them. I got my food before some people that were waiting there way longer.Waiting for breakfast and it was already lunch. I'm understanding of being so busy and the wait didn't bother me but herattitude does and something should be done about it. Read more
If i could give this McDonalds no stars i would. disclaimer: i worked fast food so i always try to be respectful because i... understand thing happen. Every single time i come here i have an issue. Let me start off with a few examples: one time i askedif i could get barbecue sauce, and the kid put it on the screen and had said okay. I then paid and pulled forward and had askedfor them to throw some extra barbecue sauce in the bag. They said okay. I got my food, checked the bag, and guess what? no bbq.So, i ask maybe i get some bbq and im told they are out. How does this happen. Next off, they messed up my same breakfastsandwich twice in the same week. Their ice cream machine works less than half the time. Their posted hours are never correct,and apparently they do not open at 6 am. So honestly wouldn't recommend but this town has no option?s besides maybe if mcdonaldsis open til midnight or opens before 7 am. :) Read more
