Wonderful people, great clean environment! Employees always willing to help, even going above and beyond. 6th St. Best... doughnuts!! The 2 women that make them have been there 11 and 15 years! Nice convenient store. The workers are nice. Great service. And definitely great pizza.
I wish I would have spoken up when I was there, but the staff just allowed me to buy the doughnuts that they were currently... throwing away. I didn?t notice until I paid for them that they were putting it in the trash but instead of saying something tome they decided to laugh at me. Read more
You do have a few great workers and then not so good. I have been over charged before but my last bad experience was with an... employee name Alyssa who was to busy talking to her friend and didn't even acknowledge my existence and then finally after mypurchase, I'm still standing there. Normally I don't have any problems with Casey's, but, today I ordered a pizza and was told 20 minutes, so, waited in my car,... went back in and stood there for a good 15 min., until if they could help me. Turns out the girl who was suppose to make mypizza just walked out and didn't make it. Guess her shift was over. REALLY? The other workers were nice and apologized and mademy pizza. They were great, but, the girl needs to get talked to by her boss. Read more
Not bad in the day time, but the night staff is atrocious. They quit making coffee at 5 and give less than 50% effort the moment... the day staff leaves. They're rude and I'm about 90% sure they're all stoned. The food is terrible at night because the peoplemaking it, literally don't care. AVOID THE 8TH ST SOUTH STORE! I've only ever hear people say bad things about the staff atnight there. How they still have jobs is beyond me. Read more
I have always been happy with my experiences shopping at Casey's convenient stores in general. Since moving to Brookings, The... Casey's on 8th street is on my way to work, so I swing by frequently. The staff here is pretty great, always kind and friendly. They handle a busy store well & I am impressed at the level of customer service they provide.
