Great food, had to stand and wait while cashiers stood in front of us bickering about someone and shoes
Well folks, I like the chickee but, the place was full of street people and loud. A 12 piece meal nailed me for $42.99, REALLY!... The employees had to inform customers that the place was closing early due to lack of help yet, street people wanderingeverywhere. It's fast food! It was ok, busy, long line but service was fast, clerks were friendly, and courteous.
This cashier is awsome. She is polite & happy to be at work. Hire her in heartbeat if ever I have business in Brookings. Dakota... should get a raise & promotion. Be back. Read more
This location is a taco bell / KFC... food is not fresh at all and if they use the veggies on one side is used for all ... went... through there got from the taco bell side ... the lettuce was so bad could smell it was bad through the bag through away ourentire meal .. they did replace but was still not edible... wouldn't recommend stopping here unless u want to b sick from beingserved bad food Read more
They need to really figure it out! Wow a 35 minute wait for an 8 piece meal! The people in front of us had to wait longer. It... seems like they were taking care of the drive-thru before the dining room. They seemed to have plenty of people behind thecounter working. The customer service was well below par. No communication to anyone in the dining room or sorry you had towait so long. You would expect a wait that long you would get fresh chicken. Not the case at all. Did watch the staff wearone set of gloves to do many tasks and not once change there gloves, NOT a good sign. I know it is fast food and all but sinceit is my money paying for it, I really believe in getting fresh, hot made to order when I want it. Not chicken that has beensitting for quite some time. Through all the years, this batch of KFC chicken sure didn't taste like the Original recipe. Fora place which just went through a major overhaul you think you would get better service and much better tasting food! Read more
