It took 20 minutes to get a chili dog and onion rings while waiting in store. I only got it after that time because I had to... complain and so did my grandfather. Everyone in line behind me (15 or so) had bulk ordered the big chili burgers and fries andgot their food a lot quicker. My food hasn?t been very good the past couple times I?ve been. If I return it?ll be on a rareoccasion. I don?t recommend the chicken wrap, chili burger, or chili dog simply because it?s just so hit or miss. Maybe adifferent locations food would be better. This place....the fries I always get are HOT and their chili burgers are amazing.

I was a little worried when I read the reviews, but it's best to try things for yourself... It's a great guide though. I had the... chicken biscuit with hash browns and a sweet tea. The food was hot and fresh, and the tea was surprisingly good! Next up on thelist is one of the burgers. Read more
This has got to be a joke. By far, hands down, the worst fast food I've ever not finished. I took one bite of the burger and one... bite of a fry. The burger was cold and hard and the fries were soggy. They should be embarrassed for serving that a d calling itfood. You're better off going anywhere else if you want fast food. I love wards in general. I always get the same thing no matter the location I go to. However, I do not like when you order a... large combo meal, it doesn?t automatically make the whole combo meal large. You have to specifically say you want the largecombo popcorn chicken with an upsized drink and a upsized fry?. The ordering system should be updated really at all locationsbecause ordering should be a quick simple process not trying to go through a checklist just to order what the ?large? combooption originally should of been used for. I am still going to eat at any wards regardless if there is no changes made inordering etc. it would just make more sense for the current generation and the generations to come. Read more
I love the place with good food. But today was horrible with the new workers they have. I ordered a burger with no mustard and... onions but it was full of mustard. I took it back and they was suppose to remake the burger correctly but instead of the cookdoing what he was suppose to. He scraped the mustard off and gave me the same burger and I seen the mustard spots still on it.So I took it back again and asked for my money or a fresh burger but I will not be going back Read more
