We were blatantly ignored from the moment we walked in, until the moment we got fed up and left. The table my friends and I (3... of us in total) sat at was cleared for us after the security guard asked someone to clear it. We waited for someone to take ourorder for 45 minutes. The lady took everyone's order as if we were not there. To add to the injury, she asked the customerdirectly behind us to specify how he likes his eggs. Awesome restaurant to order and buy delicious looking breakfast food, lunch food, & dinner food to dine in and eat or get to go... & eat at home! The service is much better than the service at Cracker Barrel Restaurant because the service at Waffle House isalot faster. Thank You God and Jesus Christ for Waffle House! I Love It! ????????????? This time I went the server was nice and the food was the best I've ate a waffle house in a while.
The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the food was good. However the atmosphere is horrible. When we got there we were... the only white folk there, and half way through eating another white couple came in and ordered. Shortly after they ordered thewaitress apparently had a question for the lady and proceeded to yell "hey white girl". So my guess is if your white be readyfor reverse racism. Worst place ever! The cook was sleeping when we step in. It was around 5:40 PM. The server never say helllo to us or offer to... us where to sit. Later when she took the order never explained , never smiled , she said the coffee was from the mornk, andcan?t make any.. WTH.. Might be the worst Waffle House I have ever been in. The floor looks like it has not been cleaned in months. The waffle marker... has not been cleaned in a hot min. I made a to go order and two tables that sat down about 10 mins after me placing said orderthey still received their food first when they ordered the same thing I did. I can't even understand how that happens when youorder a Allstar. I give this store a 0 on cleanliness and a 1 on customer service. At the time I was here they were only sitting3 tables at a time with 4 staff members working. If I owned this Waffle House I would close it if this was the best I could doto staff it. I left almost a $10 tip on a $11 ticket because I felt very sorry for this place and the people. If everyone tipwhat they are worth they would never receive anything other than their hourly wage.
