Ordered 2 large vanilla milk shakes(no cream) large chocalate milk shake no cream. Waited 1 hour . They brought everyone's order... around ours. I called in a second time and still took 30 minutes. This place in the last couple of months has gone straight to hell. The staff are rude, orders are messed up, ice cream is melted... by the time they finally bring it to your car, your drinks will be spilled out all over your cup, if you ask for napkins toclean up their mess they act like you have the audacity to ask such a thing. If only no stars were an option, Would only recommend if you have 30 minutes to wait to place your order, an additional 30... minutes to receive your order, and another 45 minutes to get them to come back to replace the order they got wrong, they?requick to forget your receipt and even quicker to just blatantly not take down your order correctly. Due to the screens beingbusted it?s not like you can double check the order that they read back correctly but somehow place wrong. As far as employeesgo since when is it allowed to wear sweat pants and crocs without socks? Also while waiting forever for our orders you canplainly see employees dancing around listening to music which trust me I have absolutely no issue with if you can dance aroundand do your job, these people just lack that ability. It?s trash to push the red button and look up and see that as well asemployees look at you with AirPods in obviously ignoring their job. I?m all for having a good time at your job but not at theexpense of the customers coming to try and get food in a timely manner. Fastest name in the business slowest service in thewhole town. If I were the owner I would stop by check in randomly so he can see why there?s so many 1 star reviews. This place is a complete joke. Service is horrible, orders are always wrong, and if they forget your sauce it doesn?t matter how... many times you call to ask them to bring it to you-they refuse to come back. Waste of time and money. Read more
Sonic was out of what I really wanted. Need to do maintenance to their speakers. Employee said they couldn't hear me when I was... almost yelling. Order was all messed up. Wasn't worth the hassle of trying to get it corrected. Just cut my losses and wenthome. Not the first time to have these issues but I will be the last. Read more
The waitress was sweet and prompt. She didn?t mind retrieving some condiments I needed. The food was fresh!!
