When I was ordering my breakfast there was a drive through customer inside of the place making a complaint about her food not... being done. I should have taken a note and left right then. My breakfast burrito was loose, food was just tossed into the bag.The quality of the eggs in the burrito was questionable so after taking a few bites I tossed it in the garbage. The GM Veronica was absolutely rude this morning as I was rushed during my order, I DID NOT complete my order. The order was... separated without request as Penny decided to share with me at the register? needless to say the order should have beencombined. I?m the past, I too have worked in the fast food industry, and I am POSITIVE that quality customer service is a goal! Therefore, any personal issues in which one has should be handled before you interact with the customer. The food was not fresh at all...the meat was dry and hard around the edges like it had been sitting in the warmer for a while....
