9:15am 12/1 Walked to the register and no customers in line. The cashier asks me what would I like. I gave him my order and he... says: oh give me one second I have to grab an order. No problem - I waited patiently for about 10 min while he grabbed theorder. A lady walked behind me to pay for her order. While I?m standing there he walks back to the register and grabs her moneyas I'm not even standing there and she pays for her order. 2 more customers walked behind me and he took their money in front ofme while I was standing there still waiting to place my order again. At this point I was have been waiting for about 20 minwhile he served everyone else but me. I just left hangry. I?m very patient and not the type to make a scene but I do understandbasic customer service and this was not it. Read more

Excellent. Good breakfast and great service. Crowded but quick turn around. Denny's days are numbered. As they go down, the... Waffles of the world will take over. Read more

Ordered medium well steak, double eggs scrambled hard, and double hash browns with white toast. I was brought an undercooked... steak, runny eggs, hash browns and cinnamon raisin toast. Sent it back and the cook wanted to argue about it. My mom ordered afiesta omelette with hash browns smothered and wheat toast. We go regular hash browns white toast and I?ll let you all be thejudge of the omelette. The cook can?t cook and his attitude sucks. Also so a whole lot of cross contamination going on by thecook at the grill so PLEASE be careful if you have any allergies Read more

We went into the waffle house to eat a late dinner. Going in, only 2 tables had customers(1table was already eating), and the... high top had 2 people. We sat at the high table. There was 1 Cook, and 1 waitresse. The cook decided to have a melt down andsaying he won't cook any more orders.then demanding people to.leave. the back booth with the people already gave thier foodorder. But he told them they had to.leave He said he was shutting down waffle house and locking the door cause it was just himand 1 waitress. I could see if he was over blown with customer but he was not. I could understand if there was only standingroom but it wasn't. When you go through trying on being a cook, at least when I worked years ago, you learn depending on yourshift on what volume cooking is about. At times, you don't have help and u might need to do it yourself. But u never close awh. You call your shift manage, manager or area manager. Let them find you help. That is part of thier job. If they cannot gethelp, then they are REQUIRED to bring thier butts into work. If they don't, they do not deserve thier position. I have worked, and trained the highest volume WH stores in GA. I had to be temporarily management, trainer and all positions, so I know whatI'm talking about. His behavior was not good. I get it when you feel overwhelmed, but ask for help. Get on the phone anddemand help. Now the waitress lost money to feed her family because of him. They depend on tips. Cooks get paid . So he didn'tloose money. Just her and the company. The district managers of unit #922 need to get help to thier employees. If not, theyneed to pick up a apron, roll up thier sleeves along with the managers. If they cannot get help, corporate needs to help. Don'tlaugh....when your a high volume store, corporate managers we trained. They came to the stores during different shifts to train. You have to train from the bottom up. They have enough manpower to help thier stores out. They need t Read more
