This was our first time trying this place, and it was great! The service was amazing. They let us taste all the sauces before... creating our bowls. All of their ingredients are so fresh and their proteins are very high quality. They put the perfect amountof sauce on the noodle dishes, just enough to add good flavor but not overbearing. Very impressed with this place and woulddefinitely come back! He also gave the couple next to us a free second beer because the first draft beer had just a teeny tinyamount of foam on top, which I thought was extremely nice and generous. Ordered via Grubhub a rice noodle dish with steak, spinach, broccoli, onion and the LOW SODIUM garlic, ginger, soy sauce. I am... still trying to bring my blood pressure down. The initial bite was tasty and a tad bit salty and I thought it may have been aconcentrated sauce spot. NOPE! the whole container was super salty. I wanted to like this place, but the service was poor and the food was underwhelming. We spent $40 on two entrees and some... spring rolls. We waited fifteen minutes for our food (we were the only people there) only to be missing one of our entrees. Theemployee did not believe us when we said we were missing an entree and insisted we had received everything. We had to show herour receipt and what we received multiple times before she said she would look into it. She disappeared into the kitchen andcame back five minutes later to tell us there was a delay and our second entree had not been prepared yet. We waited anotherfive or so minutes for our second entree for a total of about twenty-five minutes of waiting. The actual food was not good- wecould not eat the spring rolls because they were burned (see photo) and the portion sizes of the entrees were underwhelming forthe price. Fast, efficient and friendly service with fresh, quality food. I was in the area and wanted a quick bite that wouldn?t disrupt... my summer body training efforts, so I opted for stir fry. I kept it simple with shrimp for protein, tons of veggies and brownrice. I believe I had the garlic ginger sauce and the pineapple sauce for some heat. I checked the bottom of my container to seehow much ?oil? would be left from their prep, and I must say they balanced it well. It was perfect. This is my second time here? first time it was really good? I got my dish with brown rice? the first time? my gf got rice... noodles and we had to get them re done because they were cooked enough.. they did it no issue. Great customer service? I wentagain today and got the rice noodles and they were a bit crunchy. I only say that to say I think I?ll just have to say on thespecial request part to make sure noodles are cooked soft ?. The customer experience here is truly wonderful. They go out of their way to ensure that each customer has a positive... experience. On our first visit, the owner even gave us a sample of each sauce so we could taste test before we ordered. Sothoughtful because we were new to this place and very curious about the menu!!
