I understand that most places are short-staffed, but we were 1 or 2 total parties in this place for the HOURS that we were there... and the service took forever. We ordered food, it took an hour (!!!) to come (ended up being dropped to our table 20 minsbefore they closed!). We ate and continued talking and then (who we can only assume was the manager) came over and rudely toldus that they were closed. We #1) genuinely had no idea they were closed (or what time it was) and #2) there were 2-3 people whogot up and walked to the kitchen to inquire about our food.... Not once did anyone come to offer a status on what was happening. Where was the manager then? The waitresses were nice and we tipped accordingly regardless. But the establishment offered nodiscount (nor did we ask for one!) and pretty rude send off. Won't be back. Read more

Had a great time bowling with my friends. Staff was very kind. Checked with us multiple times for food or beverages. Super chill... bowling alley. Cool lights, TV's, and the couches are very comfortable. Great experience. Even let us stay 10 minutes afterclose to finish the game. Read more

I had a terrific time at Whirly ball from bowling to actually playing Whirly ball. The Whirly ball experience is like hockey,... soccer , and basketball combined in one add bumper cars oh boy watch out you will have so much fun. Now the draw backs for anhour of bowling is $71 an hour and $250 an hour for whirly ball. Is it worth it that would be up to your budget Read more

The staff was very nice and because there weren't a lot of people we just had to wait a couple of minutes before we could start... playing. (We played Lasertag) We watched a short video as an introduction for how to play which was very easy to understand. Weplayed for one hour and played multiple games and different versions of it. One hour was kind of exhausting, because we playedwith another group of younger kids who were running around the whole time and the staff really didn't waste anytime between therounds, which was good. After the game they already prepared water for us which was a really nice aspect of our experience. Iwould definitely go here again. Read more

We held our daughter's birthday party there the other day for bowling. We were quoted one price and charged another. We also had... no one helping us at the lane. Our pizza came out cold and I had to remind the staff to bring out the cupcakes. To top it off, Iasked for boxes to take home the extra pizza and had to ask again. It took 20 minutes to just get two boxes. This was the firsttime that we had a birthday party that was at a location. We wanted to reduce stress. Instead this experience just added to it.Never again! Parents-Beware I planned my son?s 12th birthday party in which the representative Lorie that I worked with was exceptional. It... led me to feel very confident in making the choice to go with a business new to the area. We booked a Laser tag party; my sonwas very excited about doing this with his friends. The staff was very nice to us but the laser tag party at this business isnot for children. ? In their rules there is NO running ? what 12-year-old do you know that does not like running around for fun?All of the children that attended are athletes so they thought this was terrible. ? Some of the children advised me that theattendant made them feel creepy. Although for laser tag we believe that he was walked around during the games trying to giveviolations when they did not follow the rules. These set of rules clearly were for people that 30+ (no running, laying on thefloor, etc?) ? not child friendly ? They promised a large cupcake for the birthday child. My son did not have his largechocolate cupcake that we were promised. The manager Tyler clearly wasn?t prepared to handle this type of issue and the onlything that he said to me was that he apologized. I advised that we were paying for an experience and that this did not allow myson to have the experience that we expected. ? We ordered an additional pizza please see the picture of how the pizza was servedto us. The bottom was totally burned. The same manager apologized and refunded us. Somehow it seemed to be expected that we weresupposed to be satisfied. However, we had children that was still hungry and we had no additional food to give to them becauseit was terribly burned. The sad part about this, is the food was precooked and put in a warmer. I felt that they did not thinkenough of us as a customer to inspect all our food to make sure it was prepared properly. Also no one informed us that thecupcake was not available ahead of time the hostess advised us after she brought them in. Which I thought t Read more
