Was in the area and stopped for dinner. In comparison to Aloha or Fresh Fin, the portions are substantially smaller for the... pricing. Got a large bowl and it had the amount of a small at other poke places. Also, the entire restaurant smelt of some sortof sewer issue which didn't help. I used to eat here a lot and get take out a couple times a week. Then a few months or so ago the quality started to decline and... it made me sick after eating. So I took a break for a few months and now I just decided to give it another chance and it made mesick again. It?s a shame because it?s so tasty and I love it, I probably ate PokeWorks 100 times. Now they changed something. Ithink the salmon has really gone down hill. Very sad. Read more

01/20 update- I hate to lower my review but the two girls (one has glasses, one has colored hair)who work evenings have brought... the experience down significantly. They?re always huddled laughing in the kitchen and staring at you when you walk in. Theydon?t greet you at all, they just start working on your bowl. I?ve seen people walk in while my bowl is being made and I almostfeel like I need to greet them myself because it?s so uncomfortable. Update: still 5 stars every time! Always delicious andfresh. Jack helped me today and was super friendly, peppy, and answered a few questions I had about the app. I love thisplace! Original review: Very helpful and kind employees! They made my night. We decided to try a new place and came here this week. The process was simple and you order as you go (like chipotle). There was... one gentleman there (who I am guessing is the owner) who explained us how it works. You pick your base, followed by meat andthen toppings and sauces. He also recommended doing a signature bowl as the dish is already designed with the right flavors. Wewent for the salmon and tuna! The servers were extremely generous and helped us with any questions we had. The bowls tasted goodbut I think there is room for improvement in terms of flavor. I felt as though a certain zing was missing which would really setthe bowls apart! Overall it was good, and they have ton of flavors to explore. I will definitely give it another shot and trysomething else from the big menu they have. Read more
