. Wonderful farm to table experience . I ordered the shrimp n grits and they were every bit as creamy and decadent as you need... them to be. If you are not a fan of grits I would challenge you to try this dish , you will leave converted . Same with thefried polenta cake smack dab in the middle of my plate . So much creamy and savory goodness with the right amount of sweet cornand bacon to balance out the flavors. We sat at the bar as the place was packed , however the waiter was attentive, greatservice . Menu changes occasionally but I would be back for this dish in a heartbeat . Hope it becomes a staple . My fiancé and I had an excellent dining service here. Came in on Friday night and were seated right away outside. The menu was... organized by price which was unique and a nice touch! Amazing food!! The Amish Chicken was sooo good as was the Cobb salad and baked chicken. Fresh, farm grown vegetables and farm... meat/vegetables. They have a garden on property!! This is a must to dine and experience the food!! Read more
We had a wonderful dinner here with friends. First off, the service was terrific! Steve was one of the best servers we’ve ever... had! Our bartender was also well above average! The restaurant has a farm to table model with a far-reaching menu. A number ofthe offerings are shareable. We loved the brussel sprouts and the artichoke dip. The house-made sweet potato chips weredelightful; we could have made a meal of them. The pork fries were delicious, but very rich. The entrees were all very good! Thesmoked duck and the veal were real standouts. We shared a crème brûlée for dessert and it was a perfect finish to the meal. Read more
This is one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. The food is great, the drinks are good, and the people are amazing. At... one point my wallet fell out of my pocket and I didn't notice it. One of the hostesses kindly let me know as she was walkingby. We are glad that we gave this place a try and it will for sure be on our "go to" restaurants for date night! Read more
Traveling for work and this came up as suggestions! So glad I went! The food and service even on a packed evening was amazing!... They even have huge gardens out back for some of their ingredients! I had the chicken pot pie, which was one of the best onesI’ve ever had! Crispy topping and fresh veggies and chicken! I also had the Brussels sprouts that were layered in with littlebacon pieces. Amazing food and service! I love that they grow vegetables in their garden. Farmer Johnny’s Pasta was perfectly season with... tons of fresh vegetables. I was able to add Butter Baked Chicken as a protein as well. Very delicious and can’t wait for mynext visit! Read more
