Normally I love JJs because they get your food to you quick... and I?m not one to complain. I like writing good reviews not... bad. But I placed an order before my lunch break at work thinking the food would be there when I went on lunch... my work isabout 5 min from this location. After about 45 min my order tracker said delivered but I did not have my food. I called thestore and they said the driver was called back to the store and it would be there soon. After another 30 min still no food andmy lunch break was long over....so I called and asked to cancel my order and get a refund... I was hung up on. I contactedcustomer support and was told I would get refunded... it?s been almost two weeks of back and forth with them telling me myrefund is coming..... super disappointed. Read more
