Ordered through Uber Eats. The special instructions were not followed. The large 'pint' of hot and sour soup was only filled... 2/3 of the way and had almost no flavor. Final straw. Last three visits were not good. Forgot our egg rolls and sauce. Twice we went in and they wouldn?t serve us there.... So we had a $50 delivery last night that was terrible. Food was soggy and tasted like it sat on the counter for a half hour.Took over an hour to get to us. Gave us one rice for two meals. We?re supposed to get two. Called nearly two hours before we wanted to pick up our order to give them plenty of time, knowing that many restaurants are... short staffed these days. When we went to pick it up, the guy says it'll be 20 minutes, which leads me to think he never evenput in the order when we called. The place wasn't busy, so it wasn't that. Foodwise, it was just OK. The "free" General Tso'schicken they give for orders over $50 was over-breaded, dry and hard. Would never pay for that entree. The Fortune on Hwy. 100in West Allis has a similar menu but is much much better. Don't think we'll be back to this one. Read more
Tried ordering delivery online while in the area recently. Waited over an hour and a half with no sign of a delivery driver.... Called in and was told it would be maybe 5 more minutes. Waited 10 minutes and still no sign of the driver. Could not wait anylonger and had to leave for work. Will order elsewhere next time. Read more
I'd give zero stars if I could, ordered over $60.00 in food. We ordered our stuff before my husband even left the house, go... there to get it, the guy is just sitting there doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING claiming the order just popped up. No, you are just nowseeing it as you were being lazy. The Lo Mein doesn't even look anything like I've ever seen, my shrimp fried rice is as plainas white rice, no flavor at all. The General Toas chicken is mediocre at best, they gave no sauce for the Crab Ragoons and savedthe best for last the egg drop soup IS GREEN! I'm not even going to take a chance on eating that at all DISGUSTING!! This wasnot a good first impression at all, lesson learned we will stay with our other restaurant we love. Ordered online and picked it up. 1st time customer and I tipped $1 for pick up. I ordered 3 Egg Rolls. I asked the Staff lady,... if she put 6 Sweet and Sour Sauce as I requested in the bag. She assured me she did and smiled. I paid with card and as soon asshe printed out the paper for me to sign, She just walked away without saying thank you. Absolutely no customer service skillsat all. Thennnn, I went to my car to quickly eat it since I'm a delivery driver. ????1. No sweet and sour sauce- she gave me????DUCK Sauce, everybody knows that's not sweet anything. ????2. My usual Chinese restaurant was closed and this was the only one opened. I got a shrimp fried rice and general Tso's chicken.... Both were very good. Especially my daughter fell in love with the fried rice and she said she would go back to Golden Fortuneagain for the fried rice.
