The worker in the parking lot stared me down as he waited for his ride. He then followed me inside the restaurant and stood... behind me, so creepy! The cashier just looked at me and said nothing, even after I spoke to him he still said nothing. I ordereda fry and a custard. The worker who followed me in the restaurant didn?t even order anything and the cashier greeted him, spoketo him and did it all nicely. The energy in the restaurant is dead and negative. I was the only customer inside so you?d thinkthe rude woman making my custard would?ve handed it to me but she put it down letting it melt! The cashier handed me my fry andthrew his hand up pointing at me, he was so weird and creepy too. I?m sensing racism and that maybe you don?t get any AfricanAmerican customers there. I used to work in that area and it?s so biased I quit my job and went back to areas I?m morecomfortable in. I will NEVER EVER give my service here again and I?m complaining to corporate!! Just finished lunch at Culver?s with my Grandma! We had such a great experience. My grandma is turning 87 and just wanted to get... Culver?s for lunch. We arrived around 11:45am on Wednesday October 26th, and were greeted by a lovely employee (I did not gether name unfortunately - but she had been there for about 6 months) who promptly took our order. My grandma brought some couponsand she was so excited to use them - the cashier was so patient! Our food arrived so quickly me was delicious! So this was the first time I had eaten at Culver's and I wasn't on the up n' up with their ordering procedures and wound up with... a hamburger patty and cheese on a bun. I saw the options for toppings listed on the menu but didn't realize I had to tell themexactly what I wanted when I ordered what was listed as a cheeseburger on the menu. Maybe it's just me but I'm usually prettyobservant and I totally overlooked that step in placing my order. I still gave them 5 stars because it was in fact the beststripped-down basic model of a cheeseburger I have ever had. It would've been really helpful if they had asked whether or not Iwanted anything else on it though. Read more
Very friendly, polite, attentive service. Great made to order food - I got my fries extra crispy! Meaty Ruben sandwich was... grilled crispy, oozing with Swiss cheese, sour krout, and 1000 Island dressing. Spicy brown mustard would have topped it off.Great Flavor of the Day custards! Read more

Food is always good but sometimes the different employees make the experience different. For instance when I order the same... thing every time I go there but my service is always different. I order a large fry I get a small one. One day they gave a wholedifferent order and when I went back to get my order it still wasn't right. Sometimes the soda machine hasn't been changed and uget a bad soda. It's really inconsistent it's like rolling dice. Some days my service is perfect and others it's terrible butthat's the fast food Industry. I use to separate them from everyone else but lately it's been rough there. Read more
