Customer service is so horrible! Ive been 3 times and don't think I'm going back! The older woman should be ashamed of herself.... I walked up to the counter waiting for her to greet me but she stared a hole through me and said NOTHING! I then spoke and saidHi but no response back, so then I proceeded to order and still she just stared like she didn't care what I was saying. Theyounger girl came from the back and she was no better, then the guy walked in and was complaining about his check and he doesn'tmake enough in tips and blah, blah, blah! My pretzels tasted so old and the sweet almond was old and burnt. I sent a complaintthrough the App and a woman emailed me making excuses saying that location was training people and I could get my pretzels againfor free just show them the email to redeem them. Staff is not customer service friendly. While I was talking, she gave me a, ?hold on finger?, then walked in the back for about... three minutes. No communication at all. Staff seemed overworked or upset about being at work. Read more
Bought pretzels from this place 3 times in one week this year. Honestly it?s disappointing. The pretzels aren?t baked all the... way and you can taste the raw dough. The way I see it, there?s more pretzels being made than the quality of the pretzel. That?show you know it?s bad. It has to be quality over quantity. Employees were really nice. I went there on Wednesday evening while waiting for my work to get done. I was really tired and... bored and just needed something light and refreshing. There was a girl who helped me with choosing the right drink and I mustsay she saved my day. Read more

They have horrible customer service!! We ordered the original pretzel nuggets and they were LOADED with salt! We tried eating... them but it tasted like chlorine from a pool. Then, we went up to go get new ones with no salt on them and that?s where thehorrible service played in. They were being really crabby when we asked for new ones and NEVER gave us them. I expected so much more of this place. I went to order and the lady didn?t know what she was doing. (She could?ve been training... so that fine) The other worker (another lady) completely ignored her co-worker. I got my pretzels and they are completely soggyand old to the point where the hotdogs just fell out of the pretzel and I could feel the sogginess just touching it. The cheesesauce too was very chunky and gelatinous and the drinks were nasty too. I also was told to insert my card, so I did, and thenthe cashier asked me what the second oder I wanted was. Took double the time then it should?ve. I couldn?t understand thecashier either as she was whispering to me and I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times and she seemed annoyed afterthat. The other older lady proceeded to ask the two men behind us what they wanted and gave them free food disregarding theother customers trying to order.
