Today (around 5:10 p.m. on September 29, 2022) I went to the Burger King and an employee named "Walter" called me "Chino" and... pulled his eyes with two fingers to demean the Asian. I warned him that such behavior was racist and very bad manners towardscustomers, and I told him not to do such a rude manner again. He said he was sorry and asked me to shake his hand, but I refusedand walked out. As soon as I tried to report to the police after getting in my car, Walter approached me and apologized for hisignorant behavior, offered me $5 cash, and asked for a handshake, but I refused to the money and came home. Burger King shouldimmediately obtain CCTV evidence, confirm that Burger King employees' racist against customer, and punish him severely. Good experiences here mostly. The inside is small, but clean. They usually move the line pretty quick here. Good food overall.
Over 20 min for food. No apologizes nothing. Absolutely ridiculous! Didn?t even give us drink cups to fill while waiting for... food. Horrible doesn?t even deserve a star. Read more
An average Burger King. The wait for my meal was long due to drive up traffic taking priority over walk in.
We typically only go when my boys have been good as a treat. Went through the drive through and ordered two kids meals. When... we were paying they told us that there were no toys. While I understand that toys are ?while supplies lasts?. We have neverbeen to one of these chain where a toy was not available. It may not have been the type advertised but they had some. My boyswhere very disappointed as their treat wasn?t what they expected. If Burger King cannot meet the expectations of its patroonsthat they themselves set, they should change them. It was clean. A Whopper with Cheese and a small Fries cost me $11. WOW. They had a 2 for $6 mix and match but I didn't see... that until I left and I didn't want two items. Read more
The tiniest dining room i have ever seen at a Burger King. This location was a drive through bank for many years before being... converted into a restaurant. It is clean, wheelchair accessible, and is right on Federal Road. Pretty good for a BK Read more
Whoever was working the window at 6:50pm today (Thursday October 20, 2022) purposefully gave us real burgers instead of... impossible whoppers. We noted that the person at the window was smiling at us weirdly and staring at us while we were in thecar, and know now what that was about. We are vegetarian and this is both immoral and made us sick during a long car trip. Completely inappropriate and wrong. This person should be fired immediately. Read more
