This was the fastest White Castle I've ever been to. White castle burgers are uniquely white castle burgers and these were made... to expectations. The order was prepared correctly. The mozzarella sticks are really good and the best bargain in fast food. Ilove the shakes here. The shakes are more like a cup of icecream and the large is ridiculously big. The only issue is theparking lot is filthy. You need to step over discarded containers and bags of garbage to get in. After you wade through thelitter, the inside is reasonable but the clientele is a little rough. Arguments and yelling are breaking out all over theplace. If you get your food, which you can watch them prepare, and get out quickly, you can get your white castle fix in nicelyhere. Read more

I’m from Chicago and I visited New York with my woman and we went to this White Castle and I never in my 26 years of living... and eating White Castle been so disgusted with them putting ketchup and mustard on White Castle sliders that isn’t how you doit. Five stars are only to make sure someone actually sees this. This place absolutely does NOT deserve five stars. Ordered via... Uber Eats. My ticket was incomplete. Did they run out of sliders? How is that possible? The restaurant should have informed thedelivery person the ticket was incomplete/couldn't be fulfilled, whatever the case was so they could contact me and let me know.I was denied the opportunity to either cancel the order for a refund or order something else. I received only the sides for thecombo I ordered. No dipping sauces, which I requested and no straws or napkins, which I requested. One of the sodas I orderedwas a disgusting, flat mess and was undrinkable and went into the trash which was a waste. Not impressed with this location atall. Have the common sense to let Uber delivery drivers if something is unavailable so they can contact the customers. Theemployees here obviously need to learn to read order tickets and make sure what is requested is actually there before orders arehanded over to delivery drivers. Do better. Read more
