So we came here on our trip to the Bronx zoo. I have to say we were beyond impressed with what we got. Food was outstanding .... Service was extremely friendly and so so personal he wouldn?t allow us to take a smaller table because I think he just knew howto treat people extremely friendly and great service and again food was outstanding . Only thing I have to regret was forgettingto order a piece of that amazing looking flan they had in the bakery shelf. Man I was so upset I forgot to do that but we willreturn!!! So I will remember . Never going back after being disappointed for so long now. Service has gotten worse. Most counter top employees and waiters... always have a face. The tall semi muscle Hispanic waiter is horrible to me. Never cares to take my order, always makes faces,and has an attitude about doing his job. I'm so disappointed, I denounce this place. Just so you know this place is run byyoung managers who don't know the meaning of customer service. It was probably better when the mother was there. Go to aprofessional place. This place sucks. Wandered here after leaving the Botanical Gardens. The staff is warm and friendly, the food is delicious. Had the chilaquiles... and was not disappointed. The pea soup and the flan are worth going back for. Read more
I've eaten in this restaurant for many years and it has always been to me and my family a welcoming and comfortable place to... eat,enjoy,and relax. The waiters & waitresses are friendly. The restaurant is always clean and the food is very good. Thisrestaurant serves breakfast,lunch,and dinner all day. The only shortcoming is the restrooms are very small and are notwheelchair accessible . There is also wheelchair limited access for eating in.
