The food was extremely delicious, I couldn't stop eating. It was well seasoned and wasn't heavily salted. The service was good,... we was recommended a dish from one of the servers and it did not disappoint. Music was diverse and the perfect volume where youcan still hold a decent conversation without repeating the words "huh, what you said?" The only thing was that it was extremelyhot in the restaurant, they had their AC off for some unknown reason, even the staff were fanning themselves and our poor waiterwas sweating a lot. In addition, while the presentation of their popular Alchemist drink was lovely it was extremely sweet.Overall, it was still a good experience and I would go again. Read more

Great Michelin star restaurant in the Bronx! I dined here three times so far in order to offer a fair assessment. PROS: *Staff... is great! Super friendly, engaging, and fast-but you don't feel rushed. *Beautiful interior design and roomy. You're notsitting in the lap of the next table of guests. The place is huge with three levels and enough restrooms that you don't have towait and wiggle :) *The drinks are on point no matter what you order! Going during happy hour is a must! *The food was a hittwice and a total miss once. I ordered the same items in order to make a fair comparison: fried shrimp dumplings, avocado rice,Thai rice, roasted salmon, shrimp egg rolls, bam bam shrimp, veggie pad Thai, rice & black beans, sweet plantains. The firstvisit was on a Saturday evening and the food was beyond delicious! I loved that every item has it's own distinctflavor/seasoning. The second visit was on a Thursday evening and it was the worst! Everything, and I mean everything, tastedlike black pepper. So much so, you could actually see the pepper on the food. Someone had to have made a mistake in the kitchen.I was unable to finish the food. The third visit was on a Tuesday evening and all the stars were aligned! The food was seasonedto perfection. The Thai rice is my favorite dish, and I'm not a big rice eater. CONS: IT'S TOO LOUD! Did you hear what I said?IT'S TOO LOUD! Unfortunately, having a conversation is virtually impossible. The music is at deafening levels and the later itgets the louder it gets. A drummer (not a live band) played to accompany the already loud music. It was unnecessary and onlymade having conversations out of the question. My party of four had to leave earlier than we would have like because ofthis. FINAL THOUGHTS: Beautiful restaurant with good food, drinks, staff, and service. Go when they open, the music isn't soloud at that point. I'll definitely return in the future. Read more

Another TikTok find right here in the Bronx. I really liked their bar set up, and their famous drink was very good. However I... didn?t enjoy the food, maybe it was what I ordered but I couldn?t go through with it. Great service though. Read more

I'm not from the Bronx but came to meet a friend. The 1.5 hour trip from Queens was worth it. Great place, the space was very... nice. I liked how the 2nd floor seating over looked the downstairs. Good music playing and the staff were nice andaccommodating. Our server was Gabriel and he was very polite. I ordered the panko maduros and Lomo solteado. Both dishes wereso tasty and flavorful. My friend ordered the veggie pad Thai but they accommodated and added chicken. The sangria was good, left tipsy off of 2 drinks. My friend had the Alchemist, beautiful presentation of the drink and she said it was tasty. Shewanted it to be a bit stronger but in the end I think it crept up. They said it was 2 hour limit but no one rushed us. Overallgreat dining experience and I would be down to visit again. Also convenient location right by the 4 train. I loved that Ididn't have to walk far once I got off train. Read more
