Created and paid for an online order to be picked up. I had someone else get the order using the confirmation number (thinking... that was all they needed) and the person working wouldn't let them get the order. She mentioned needing an ID because of"hackers", that was nowhere on the website when I created my online order. Will not be eating from here again and will supportmy local deli instead. Read more

Customer care lady sayeda (from metropolitan av, Bronx location) was very disrespectful. She was cursing me just because I... wanted to know what type of mozzarella cheese they have & the price. She was Bengali and cursed me on her language thinking Iwouldn?t understand her language!! just bcz I asked her ONCE, she cursed badly. The staff seems to have changed within the last month. Have been going there for years, will never return after today. This... location is now where you go if you want your sandwiches burned. The worse part was that when I refused to accept burnedsandwiches, they toasted new bread and scooped the insides out of the burned sandwich into the new bread and got offendedbecause I wanted the cheese melted. I was not going to buy three sandwiches that was grossing us out to look at. They shouldhave made the sandwiches from scratch. I told them that and they refused and said they were doing me a favor by changing thebread. As if I burned the bread!!!! The other customers in the line were saying they could smell the burn and anyone could seehow black the bread had become. They refused to remake the sandwiches so I took my kids and left.
