I tried to pay with gift card but they wouldn't let me
I went here the other day with my mother. The guy (a short greasy looking man with glasses) who made my sandwich was extremely... rude to me as soon as I started to order. I laughed it off but it wasn?t right for him to be rude since I was a paying customer.I don?t know what set him off but he needs to learn to be more professional when handling customers and put any random personalissues to the side. One of the worse subways I've been to. They tried to take care of 4 people at the same time. I wanted my bread toasted in which... they did. But by the time they finally got to put anything on my sandwich it was sitting out there for so long that my bread gotreally cold and my cheese wasn't even melted anymore. The place is family operated so any mistakes are mostly on their part. If you are trying to use any offers they will not honor... them as they want to get the most out of any unlucky person who walks in. They?re trying to charge midtown prices while being inthe Bronx. Very unpleasant jerk. Not generous with toppings. Claimed I was "asking for too much". Yet I received the thinnest subway... sandwich I have ever walked out of any location with in the 30+ years I have eaten at locations around the world. I'm notkidding. It was like a skinny wrap. Read more
This Subway is one of the longest restaurant that has been around for years, glad it still around to fulfill my Subway needs.... One can't go wrong with creating your own sandwich, the customer service is really quick. I don't know about other people, butnever had a problem here. Read more
