I would have to say this is my favorite subway sandwich location. They are Friendly, helpful and provide suggestions. They are... efficient with the service. I've never had a bad service or meal. I recently can have carbs and cheese for a little bit and theysuggestions to protein bowl. It's a great chioce for an after workout quick and affordable protein meal. Went here a lot but it?s time to stop going. I wanted a strip of Sweet Onion; the old Korean man randomly grabbed BBQ and squirt... all over. Wasn?t sanitary either. I saw some sort brown crumbs on the pepper cheese, Took a pic but deleted since didn?t think Iwould need it. Oh.. and the guy don?t change gloves per customer. If you can?t eat certain food, beware. I seen the Korean ladysometimes snap at other customers which I find funny. I avoid her; and wait for the black lady to charge me properly. I shouldat least add 2 stars given if it wasn?t for them. Ordered thru the app and I when I got there was told to either show my id or card that was used to order for pick up. My Id that... I showed the Asian woman was not good enough and then I showed her i paid with Apple Pay and that wasn?t sufficient. She was sodismissive of me and the black lady came and explained why it wasn?t sufficient because of there new policy. Rude & unprofessional. I ordered on the app because I seen they were offering a promotional deal, I was then informed that the... deal expired when I arrived at the store. I informed the owners (Asian couple) that I only ordered because I saw the promotion,I visit this subways regularly for them not to grant me the promotion that expired 2 days ago... nevertheless I requested arefund the store own got mad & started being really aggressive so I gave her the same energy in return, she started makingracial slurs such as ?go back to Africa?
