Not a fan of the cakepop. Tasted odd (the coating on the outside) and the inside was extremely sweet.
Worst Starbucks EVER! I know it?s in the Bronx?and the Bronx is ghetto.. but this Starbucks is ghetto too!! The employees were... clearly raised in the projects - have nothing and never will. Thank God I don?t live in the Bronx anymore because theseemployees can?t make Starbucks drink and definitely like to tussle (aka FIGHT!). The bathroom is closed aka they don?t want toclean it and they are lying to you all who go there about it! Bathrooms have to be open as it is a regulation thing! So if theytell you no- call 911 or 311 and report them! No need to tell the employees you are doing this - cops won?t scare them , they edefinitely been in jail before. Read more
The absolute WORST location ever. It?s open and yet when you get there, the workers LOCKED the door and say ?We?re closed... temporarily because we don?t want to make drinks? THATS YOUR JOB!!!!!! Read more
Being that I used to work at this location it sickens me to see how disrespectful these new staff members are at the Starbucks.... Nasty attitude and willing to fight customers on the clock. Crazy older staff still there are the best. Wow and the one who mademy drink with red hair and glasses needs to be retrained? seriously Read more
Service is top of the line. Not a very long wait from the taking of the order until the receipt of the order. Clean and... sanitary. No food stuffs or leftover cups or papers lying around. Accommodating and friendly customer service. Read more
This is the 3rd time I?ve had this specific problem from this location only. u guys are not putting milk or sugar in my iced... shaken espresso of which is supposed to have both ? Now I just have 4 shots of bitter cold espresso. Read more
It?s pretty cool place which is close by my house to pickup coffee and drinks on way heading out! I wish the staff was pleasant,... friendly and have a warm greeting????. The store need to in high maintenance and clean ???? the floor and tables look a mess andthe staff need to wear gloves when they?re preparing peoples drinks and food???? Read more
