I got there at 1:00 ordered on the app at 1:09 because line wait was to long. Only two people ahead of me and I used the app... because cashier very slow taking orders. From 1:09 until 1:30 I waited for my order and both front ladies were very slow. I amso mad but I?m going eat this chicken but don?t waste your time going at this time. They need to hire professional fastpeople.??????????? The girl with the red hair is very slow she takes her time with all her orders starts talking every time youorder from the app expect to wait 20-30 min today. If you try to retrieve your free items from the app, only certain items can be chosen or you will be chargedeven though you have enough reward points. KAREN a Latino Karen never thought in my life I would ever bump into one ? very racist to customers and her own coworkers andshe claims her self as the manager if u ask for one .., she?ll. Popeyes chicken at this Parkchester location is trash. The rice and beans had no flavor and very dry. I brought three biscuits... with the meals and didn't get any biscuits at all and they had the nerve to charge me for something they forgot to put in mybag. They gave me a whole lot of jelly packets and no damn biscuits. Terrible experience. The person at the register seemed like she was struggling to find popcorn shrimp for my order on the... register. I was never given a receipt. I was given chicken instead. I brought it back, and the cashier was kind enough tocorrect it and manager Charlene was present and apologized, but I left with more chicken. I came back and was told that Charlenehad left and that I should come back tomorrow, I suggested they look back at the time of my purchase on my debit card. I've had a very bad experience here. I ordered a 8 price, I asked them if they could give me 2 Breast, 2 legs, 2 wings, 2 Drums,... (The laat time i was there i got 3 legs,2 small wings 1 Brest.) What a horrible experience. First after waiting online for 10 minutes, I ordered a special - 11 pcs chicken for $16.99 which... was displayed in the window. The manager said that was not the special it was the 10 PCs. No problem! Wrong! She thenproceeded to tell me I could only order Leg and Thigh. Not giving me any sort of explanation. I agreed.
