Never had a complaint visiting this location. It gets pretty busy but for the most part ur order correct

Environment could be better with more sitting space. The drinks had way too much ice to liquid ratio. Food was great though!

The food was fresh and hot and I appreciate that. There's nothing better than hot fries and freshly made chicken. But the... chicken was flavorless. I've never had that experience at Popeyes before. It was my understanding that there was a standardrecipe for all Popeyes chicken so they should all taste the same!! Right??? Well apparently not because this chicken hadabsolutely no flavor. But the fries were good and the biscuit was soft.. top that off with the the cashier made a mean iced tealemonade mix..so overall it wasn't too bad given that I was starving. Read more

If i could give zero stars I definitely would. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich and i got a soggy and dry sandwich. Also... ordered a 4 piece and the chicken was not fresh at all(only good thing was the fries and they were cold). The food tastedcompletely disgusting, I will never be buying from this location ever again. Something has to be done with the workingenvironment, perhaps hiring people that actually do their job right and care about the food. Read more

Horrible customer service. We were told we had to wait 12 mins for our order of spicy chicken. Fine. We decided to walk around... the block. We came back to be told that it?ll be another 6 mins before our order is ready, with no apology, and we just had todeal with it. So we?re sitting here waiting and looking around at the disgusting conditions in here. A worker was just out heresweeping and cleaning and the pics I just took was after he was done cleaning. ????. The staffs at this location are not as fast as you would expect from a fast food chain. Also, they don't keep the tables clean.... I was waiting for my pick up around 10 minutes and I saw a table is very messy and nobody cared to clean. Read more
